A bit about CAT
CAT Consulting was established back in April 2021 by Philip R. Juneau with its main purpose to ensure that ALL our Clients Achieve their business Targets. Without this consistent approach, both our value-added is limited and we most assuredly run the risk of being misaligned with our Clients.
Phil is both the owner and principal consultant of the company. The company's bedrock is it's General Manager, Giulietta Levi, who runs the general, day-to-day operations with the main responsibility for commercial, marketing and sales.
This dynamic team continuously strives to provide market stakeholders the most advanced technology applications in growing markets (e.g., Data Centers, Life Sciences, etc.) while adhering to industry trends (e.g., digitalization (ML/AI), electrification, renewables, etc.) for optimized and sustainable buildings and infrastructure.

CAT Consulting is a small, bespoke advisory consulting company with one main principal consultant and a commercial manager. We provide specialized services for a key set of retained Clients. We are always acquiring new clients and are on a growth path. That said, our TEAM is ready to support our Clients in Achieving their Targets!
Phil is an international journeyman, whose 35 year career is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence in providing cutting-edge building automation and control system (BACS) solutions and services to the commercial and industrial buildings and infrastructure industry; specifically, engineering design, specification, installation, commissioning and final acceptance test on new/renovation construction projects as well as technical and strategic/market consulting.
He has held several positions ranging from corporate strategy (M&A), business development, marketing & sales and operations from the branch level (project and service) up to P&L leadership at Siemens, Johnson Controls (JCI), Honeywell and ABB in both EMEA and the Americas. In his career, he has gained both the breadth and depth of experience and knowledge internationally while employing his commercial and technical skills to produce tangible, future-proof solutions for clients such as Private Equity (PE) and Hedge Fund Firms, Management and Engineering Consultants, Multinational Corporations, Design & Build Contractors (e.g., MEP), Energy Utilities, Real-Estate Developers and Building Owners/End-Users. Phil holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering degree from Northeastern University with many cooperative internships during his education and, at his roots, is an electrician at heart, never forgetting that it’s the field force that gets it done.
Phil, an American originating from New Hampshire of French-Canadian heritage, also speaks German fluently, basic French and is currently learning Spanish. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading philosophy and literature, skiing, hiking, playing federation football, kung-fu and volunteer work in the community.
Giulietta is the General Manager running the general, day-to-day operations with the main responsibility for commercial, marketing and sales. Giulietta brings with her an extensive entrepreneurial background and experience, mainly in the medical and health & wellness field with a focus on commercial and marketing and sales.
Giulietta is an American with both Italian and Mexican domicile heritages and is fluent in both languages.
Giulietta is the General Manager (GM) and mainly responsible for Commercial, Marketing and Sales. With her entre-preneurial, commercial background in both the medical supply and health and wellness markets, she is the backbone of the company ensuring day-to-day operations and continuity of business.
Giulietta, an American originating from New York, is of Italian and Mexican domicile heritage and bi-lingual with Spanish and fluent in Italian.
